1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Biteplat (operated by Klaninfotech LLC, "Biteplat", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Biteplat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Online Payments and Platform Fee

Restaurants that enable online ordering on Biteplat-hosted storefronts authorize Biteplat to facilitate card-not-present transactions through our payment processor, Finix Payments, Inc., under the merchant account onboarded for the restaurant. A per-transaction platform service fee — set per restaurant and capped at 25% of the order subtotal — is collected from each customer order and routed to Biteplat as a fee transfer at the time of capture. The exact fee for each restaurant is visible in the restaurant's admin dashboard and on every customer receipt.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

When a customer order is refunded, Biteplat returns the proportional share of the platform service fee to the restaurant's settlement balance so the restaurant is not charged a platform fee on refunded revenue. Chargebacks initiated by cardholders are handled by Finix; Biteplat will share consent records, order details, and delivery information with the restaurant and Finix as evidence on request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Biteplat platform are owned by Klaninfotech LLC. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaninfotech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
